Granite satin face brick — the hardest, most durable finish we stock.
Prices are per 1000 bricks or per cubic of aggregate. Delivery is quoted separately based on your location.
If you are not sure, describe the wall and we will tell you what to order. Getting this right once is cheaper than reordering a load.
Red common bricks are the default and the best value. If the wall is one you will actually look at — a front elevation, a feature wall — blue heart smooth gives a flatter face with less mortar showing.
Load bearing bricks are made for compression. They cost more per 1000 and they are the correct choice for structural walls, columns and retaining work.
Sunrise satin Makoro and Makoro granite satin are our premium face bricks. The granite is the hardest and most weather resistant; both are palletised and colour matched across the load.
Red common bricks and blue heart smooth bricks from $95 per 1000, load bearing bricks from $140 per 1000, Sunrise satin Makoro from $400 per 1000 and Makoro granite satin from $420 per 1000. Delivery is quoted separately by location.
As a rough guide, a single storey house of about 100 square metres uses somewhere between 25 000 and 35 000 bricks including the foundation and partitions. Send us your plan or your mason's estimate and we will work the quantity out with you.
Yes. Collect from 33 Belvedere Road (corner of Rotten Row and Belvedere Road), Harare, Zimbabwe Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm or Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm. Call ahead so the pallets are staged and ready to load.
Both are the same half-brick format. Blue heart bricks are fired denser and have a smoother face, so they suit visible walls and take plaster and paint more cleanly. Red common bricks are the cheaper everyday choice for hidden work.
Yes — we deliver to every Harare suburb and to 16 regional towns, from Chinhoyi and Chegutu through to Mutare. Regional transport is quoted per load on distance, size and site access, so full loads work out best. Ask us for a delivered price on your town.
